Student Learning Portal Login for Collaborative Instructors

Introduction:

Two-factor authentication has been implemented in the Student Learning Portal. This article serves as a guide on what to expect and how to set it up.

Before you can proceed with the instructions below, you must have a two-factor (multi-factor) authentication app installed on your mobile device. An example of a two-factor authentication app is Duo Mobile (by Duo Security, LCC), and users can download the app for Android (Google Play Store) or Apple (App Store).
If you do not own a smart device (phone, tablet, etc.) please see Setup MFA without a Smart Device.

Details:

  1. First, access the Student Learning Portal website
  2. Next, enter your credentials in the Email and Password fields and then tap the Sign in button.
  3. As a result, you will be prompted to setup two-factor authentication. The two-factor authentication pop-up message is displayed with instructions. The first step provides a QR code to scan along with a box to insert a 6-digit code.
