Safety Skills Quick Troubleshooting Guide

Intended Audience: Educators


This guide is designed to assist Professional Development (PD) Coordinators in troubleshooting technical issues and course completion problems related to the Safety Skills Compliance course in the Professional Learning Portal (PLP).


Logging In

To access the PLP, visit the website, tap the Login button, enter your login credentials and then tap the Login button at the bottom of the page. If necessary, click the "Forgot your Password?" link to reset your password.

Technical Issues

Technical issues such as courses freezing, no audio, and matching questions not working properly can be resolved by referring to the Technical Requirements-For IT School Contact document. Clearing the browser cache by pressing CTRL + F5 simultaneously and ensuring that the web browser is up to date and JavaScript and cookies are enabled can also help resolve the issues. Refer to the Safety Skills Minimum and Recommended Technical Requirements page for further information.

Course Completion & Certificates

Upon successfully finishing a course, learners will be returned to their dashboard, and a certificate of completion should be promptly accessible. If you do not see your certificate, even after refreshing your browser, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.

Login and Navigation Issues

If learners encounter login and navigation issues, they can contact the Customer Care Center by submitting a ticket.
