To ensure State Continuing Education Clock Hours (SCECH) credits or Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are uploaded to either Michigan Online Educator Certification System (MOECS) or MiRegistry without delay, it is crucial to check the Professional Learning Portal's (PLP) gradebook for any incomplete assignments. This article describes how to access the gradebook as well as provide examples of an incomplete and completed course.
Instruction
- First, access the course from the PLP Dashboard.
- Next, tap the Course Links drop-down and then choose Grades.
Alternatively, tapping "Check Completion Status" will also open the Grades (gradebook) page. - At this point, review graded items. Items labeled as "Incomplete" in the Grade column are not finished. Learners must revisit the course content to find these items and complete them.
