Introduction:
Students who have completed all required module assignments may request the unit test password from their instructor and schedule the unit exam. This process outlines the guidelines for scheduling.
All unit tests in modules are password-protected. Students have two attempts at each test before they need to schedule remediation with their instructor. Michigan Virtual instructors are available Monday-Friday from 8 am to 4 pm and should respond to password requests within 24 hours on weekdays.
Tests should be scheduled during the school day to enable mentoring.

- Exam password requests can be made by the student or the mentor.
- Request passwords at least 24-48 hours in advance of the test.
- Schedule tests Monday-Friday between 8 am and 4 pm.
- Tests are not timed, but students should only begin when they have an uninterrupted period to finish it.
