Collaborative Admin: Run Report in the SLP

About

In the Student Learning Portal (SLP), there are several reports that mentors and collaborative admin users may find useful:

  • Active Enrollments w/ Last Submitted for Brightspace Courses
  • Completion Details
  • Enrollment Details
  • No Access in the SLP in 7 Days

Unlike the widgets in the SLP, any report accessed through the Reports tab can be downloaded, exported, and printed. This process describes how to access these reports.

Instruction

  1. First, tap Reports on the top menu bar.
  2. Next, click the Run Report option from the left navigation menu.
  3. Then choose a report name from the Select a report drop-down field.
    The Run Report page is shown with arrows pointing to the Select a Report drop-down and to the Run Report button below.
  4. Finally, tap the Run Report button to display the report.
