About

The EdReady Administrator Dashboard provides schools with access to detailed reports that offer insights into student usage, performance, and progress within assigned study paths. Dashboard Reports

  • Overview Report: The Overview can be viewed in either a graphical or table format. Schools with multiple goals or student groups can filter this view by selecting a specific goal from the “Associated Goal” dropdown menu at the top of the page.
To analyze data across all study paths, schools can download the Enrollment Report in Excel format. This report lists every student currently working in a goal that the school has permission to access. It includes scores, testing status, and an indication of whether a student has completed the initial diagnostic.
This tab provides a snapshot of activity and performance across the entire study path, including:
    • Number of students who have completed the initial diagnostic.
    • Number of students currently completing the diagnostic.
    • Number of students who have improved their EdReady score.
    • Average time students have spent studying lesson resources.
    • Median diagnostic score, score distribution, and a mastery-based unit breakdown.
  • Summary Report: This report is useful for class- or group-level data analysis. It includes:
    • A breakdown of performance by individual student.
    • Initial vs. current EdReady scores.
    • Total session time and time spent studying.
    • Student target score (set to 100) and score gain.
    • Access to detailed individual student data via the “Details” link in the “Actions” column. Selecting this option will display the Student Data Summary Overview.
    • Student Data Summary Overview: This report will show last activity/test taken, initial scores, score gain, information on time spent studying and charts showing growth over time.
  • Unit Detail Report: This report displays each student’s most recent score along with a unit-by-unit mastery indicator:
    • Each unit is represented by a color-coded box (Gray: Not Assessed, Red: Not Ready)
    • Hovering over a unit number reveals the unit topic.
  • Topic Detail Report: This report allows schools to:
    • Use the “Unit” dropdown menu to navigate between different course units.
    • View detailed student performance on each topic within the selected unit.
    • Hover over topic bars to view topic titles and track student progress at a more granular level.
