Student Course Access

Intended Audience: Students

Introduction:

On the Course Access Progress page, users can view a list of a student's course visitation history, including the dates when they last accessed the course and any periods of absence within the past 30 days.

Details:

  1. Log in to the Student Learning Portal (SLP) and access your course.
  2. Then click on My Progress in the menu bar to go to the Progress Summary page.
  3. From the left-hand menu, select Course Access. At the top of the page, you will see the total number of days the student visited the course in the past 30 days, along with the date of their most recent access.
  4. Next, scroll down to view the individual dates when the student accessed the course, which are displayed in a table. Note that the number to the right of "Absent period" indicates the number of days since the student last accessed the course.
Course Access Progress page is shown with a table showing the dates the student accessed the course. An arrow points to the Course Access option on the left menu.
