Intended Audience: Students
If a student is unable to access their lessons, it could be because they have not earned 100% on their assessment within the Student Orientation to Online Learning course (also known as "Unit 0"). This course is mandatory and must be completed annually before accessing any course(s). This guide explains how to check your grades and find out what steps you need to take to begin your course.
Please note that instructors do not have access to the Orientation to Online Learning course information.
- First, attempt to access your course. If you encounter the following message, it means that you have either not completed the Student Orientation to Online Learning Course or have not scored 100% in the course.
- Next, access the Student Orientation to Online Learning course by tapping the Orientation link in the course navbar.
- Now, tap Grades from the navbar to locate the unfinished assessment. The example below indicates that the quiz has received a score of 0%. To proceed, the quiz needs to be retaken until a perfect score of 100% is achieved.
Note: To view the questions that were answered incorrectly, students can go to My Progress and select Quizzes. To see the attempts, they need to click on the arrow under the quiz.
- Finally, retake the quiz by tapping Lessons and then selecting the linked quiz from above.
