About
The Mentor Gradebook Reports Dashboard offers mentors a centralized view of student academic performance across both the current and previous school years. This tool is designed to streamline the process of academic monitoring, provide real-time insights into student progress, and support historical performance analysis.
The dashboard is divided into three main report types, each dynamically aligned with the current academic year to ensure that mentors always access the most up-to-date and relevant information.
Instruction
Login to the SLP
- Access the Student Learning Portal (SLP) and select the MySLP tab.
- Tap Go to Courses, then choose "Michigan Virtual (Brightspace)" from the list.
Open the Gradebook Reports Dashboard
- Tap the Gradebook Reports button.
Filter by Student and Course
- Use the available student and course filters to refine results in either the Current Enrollments or Completed Enrollments sections, depending on the focus of the analysis.
Report Types
Current Enrollments: This section displays gradebook data for students actively enrolled and participating in courses during the current term. All columns in this report are sortable, enabling mentors to focus on key performance indicators and track real-time student engagement and academic progress.
Completed Enrollments – Current School Year (YY–YY SY): This section includes gradebook data for students who have completed courses within the current school year. Mentors can review final grades and assessment performance for recently finished enrollments.
Completed Enrollments – Previous School Year (YY–YY SY):This section provides historical gradebook data for courses completed during the previous school year. This information supports long-term performance evaluation and recordkeeping needs.
Note: School year values are automatically updated, ensuring that the reports always reflect the most accurate timeframes.
