Advanced Filtering

After filtering the dashboard to display specific semesters, courses, and/or students, you can further refine your results by applying advanced filters using the Work Completed and Current Score cards.

  • The Work Completed Progress Card (PR - M - Work Completed Progress v2) displays the number of completed items out of the total items for each category in the course. If a category has no items, it will show N/A. The Percent Complete column uses a color scale that is tiered at 25% completion intervals. To view a student's work completed progress, click on their name in the corresponding row.
The Learner Progress Dashboard Work Completed Progress card is shown with an arrow pointing to the Name column. This represents how someone would view additional details about the work completed. Therefore, apart from the completed Gradebook items, the dashboard will also display completed assignments, discussions, quizzes, LTI, and miscellaneous items.
  • The Current Score card (PR - M - Current Score) displays the percentage of points earned out of total points possible for each category. If a category has no items for that course, "N/A" will be displayed. The color scale on the Current Score Percent column is tiered at 25% score intervals. To view the current score for a student, simply tap on the corresponding row with the student's name.
