If you encounter a "Forbidden" or "Blocked" error while attempting to access a URL within a Michigan Virtual course, the first step is to contact your school's IT Administrator. Provide them with the URL you are trying to access.
IT Administrators
If you are an IT Administrator, refer to the Michigan Virtual Course Whitelist. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact the Customer Care Center. You will be required to verify your IT credentials and provide a valid email address.
