MiCourses: Catalog Manager Registration

Intended Audience: Catalog Managers


Michigan’s Online Course Catalog contains online course syllabi provided by Michigan school districts and Michigan Virtual for students, as well as those offered by third-party vendors. Online course offerings are only created by public school districts (LEA), public school academies (PSA), intermediate school districts (ISD) or by Michigan Virtual. Users who manage course syllabi, either for vendor content or their district courses, can register as a Catalog Manager and must have permission from their school district to manage district courses.

Access will only be granted to the curriculum director or other appropriate individual that is designated by the district to manage the district’s course offerings.


  1. First, visit the New User or Vendor Request page.
  2. Next, complete all required fields within the form and be sure to select Catalog Manager for the "I am requesting access as a" question.
  3. Finally, submit the form by tapping the Get Link button located at the bottom of the page.

Upon successful registration, a Michigan Virtual representative will verify the submitters identity and if approved, create an account within the system. Once the process is complete, the submitter will be sent an email providing additional instruction.
