Once a course offering is created, it becomes a permanent record in the system. If a district no longer offers a course, it can be set to inactive rather than deleted. However, if a course has never had an offering, it can be removed from the system entirely. To ensure accurate and up-to-date course listings, districts should regularly review their offerings and update or inactivate courses that are no longer available.
Instruction
- First, select the Courses tab at the top of the page.
- Next, use the filters as applicable and then tap the Search button.
- Once the filtered results appear in the table below, tap the Edit button located to the left of the course title.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the Display Type field.
- Next, tap the field to then select Inactive.
- Tap the Continue button to proceed to the next page.
- Tap the Continue button once more and then tap the Save Course button.
