Collaborative instructors can access the Grade Reports Dashboard to obtain more detailed grade information about their students, including assignment names, points earned, and whether an assignment has been graded or not. In this article, we'll explain how to locate the dashboard, filter its results, and make the most of its interactive features.

- First, access the Insights Portal from the Brightspace Homepage.
- Next, select the Analytics Builder tab and then select the "Insights Report Builder" link.
- From the left menu, select Grade Reports located under the "Instructor Dashboards - CI" section.
- Instructors can utilize the Term, Courses, and Learners filters to narrow down gradebook data according to specific criteria. In the example below, a student was chosen from the Learners filter, showcasing their current gradebook data.
- Once instructors have applied the necessary filters they can proceed to interact with the Simplified and Detailed Gradebook tables. To view the assignment type and grade percentage for a Graded Item, tap the title within the "GradedItemName" column in the Simplified table and these details will appear in the detailed table.
