Affiliation Users: View Student Historical Grades

About

Affiliation users may need to locate a student’s final grade for a course that was completed in a previous term. This guide explains how affiliation users can find historical grade information within the Student Learning Portal (SLP).

Instruction

  1. From the top menu bar, tap the Affiliations tab.
  2. Tap the Search button without entering any information in the Filter field.
  3. Locate and select the appropriate school name from the "Name" column.
    The Affiliation profile page will open.
  4. From the left navigation menu, select Enrollment History.
  5. Use the Period and Status drop-down filters to narrow the list of enrollment records.
  6. Tap the Get Data button to refresh the results.
  7. To further refine the results, use the Search bar at the top of the table to search by student name, course title, or instructor name.
  8. Find the appropriate course and/or student in the results table. The student’s final grade will appear in the Grade column as a percentage.
