Affiliation Users: View/Manage Student Information in the SLP

About

Affiliation users may need to view or edit student information such as enrollment history, guardian contact details, or login activity. This guide explains how affiliation users can access and manage student information within the Student Learning Portal (SLP).

Instruction

  1. From the top menu bar, tap the Students tab to view a list of active students.
  2. Locate the appropriate student and tap the linked name in the Student column.
  3. The student's Main Page will display, providing access to various sections of student information.
    • To edit student information, select Edit Information from the left navigation menu.
    • Tap Guardian Accounts to display the parent or guardian contact details associated with the student.
    • In the Historic Data section, view student logs and login history.
    • In the Enrollments section of the left navigation menu:
      • Tap Current Enrollments to view details of the student’s active courses.
      • Select Gradebook to review student grades and completed assignments.
      • Choose Student Activity to see a summary of activities within a selected timeframe. Note: This feature may not be available to all mentors.
    • Tap Send Email to deliver a message directly to the student from within the portal.
