About
Mentors and affiliation users in the Student Learning Portal (SLP) can access the School Year Completions report along with other commonly used reports.
Instruction
- From the top menu bar of the SLP, select the Reports tab.
- In the left navigation menu, select Run Report.
- Use the "Select a report" dropdown field to choose the desired report.
- Once the report has been selected, tap the Run Report button to generate and display the report.
Additional Notes
- Reports provide valuable data to assist mentors and affiliation users in monitoring student progress and course completions.
- Generated reports can be saved, exported, or printed as needed for recordkeeping or further review.
- The School Year Completions report provides a list of students who have completed their courses, including details such as student names, courses, instructors, terms, final grades, and completion dates.
