About
Students may need to change their Student Learning Portal (SLP) password or reset it if forgotten. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for both situations.
Instruction
Reset Forgotten Password
- Visit the Student Learning Portal.
- Select the "Forgot your Login and/or Password?" link located below the Email and Password fields.
- Enter the Email Address associated with the student’s SLP account.
- Tap the Submit button to initiate the password reset process.
Change Current/Known Password
- Visit the Student Learning Portal.
- Enter the student’s credentials into the Email and Password fields, then select the Sign In button.
- From the left-hand navigation menu, select Edit Account.
- On the Edit Account page:
- Enter the existing password in the Old Password field.
- Enter the new password in both the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
- Select the Change Password button to save the new password.
