About
Each instructor in the Michigan education system is assigned a Personal Identification Code (PIC) by the Michigan Department of Education. This guide explains how mentors and affiliation users can locate an instructor’s PIC within the Student Learning Portal (SLP) dashboard.
Instruction
- From the top menu bar of the Student Learning Portal, select the Enrollments tab.
- Use the available dropdown filters in the "Search Criteria" section to narrow down the list of enrollments.
- Select the Get Data button to generate a table showing enrollments that match the selected criteria. The results table will appear below the search section. This table includes multiple columns, and several of them can be adjusted to show additional information.
PIC Column Missing
In the event that the PIC column is missing, Customize Columns to add it to the table view. Once saved, the results table will refresh and display the updated column layout. The PIC column will now be visible, showing the instructor’s Personal Identification Code alongside other enrollment details.
