Intended Audience: Mentors, Affiliation Users
Introduction:
To find out which courses a student is currently enrolled in, mentors or affiliation users can refer to the Student Learning Portal (SLP). This guide outlines the steps involved in locating details about a student's ongoing courses.
Details:
- First, tap the Students tab in the top menu bar. As a result, a list of active students will appear.
- Next, tap the linked name within the "Student" column. At this point, the student profile page will be displayed.
- Then scroll down to select Current Enrollments from the left navigation menu.
- Upon accessing the relevant section of the SLP, a comprehensive table containing a list of a student's current enrollments will be presented. The following columns provide specific details related to the course:
- Section: This column displays the course name, course number, and LMS ID (or Section ID).
- Start: This column displays the first available date when the student can access the course.
- End: This column displays the final available date when the student can access the course.
- Grade: This column displays a scale bar that reflects the percentage of completion.
- Assignments: This column displays the total number of assignments in the course and the number of completed assignments.
- Teacher: This column displays the instructor's name in the "Last Name, First Name" format.
- Last Activity: This column displays the number of days since the student last accessed the course.
