How Affiliation Users Can Edit Student Information

This article provides instructions for affiliation users to update a student's profile in the Student Learning Portal (SLP). If a student’s contact information, academic information, or guardian information has changed, the steps below explain how affiliation users can locate, edit, and save the updated profile information.

Instruction

  1. In the top menu bar of the SLP, select the Students tab.
  2. Find the student in the list of active students. In the "Student" column, select the linked name to open the student’s profile.
  3. Once the student’s profile is open, select Edit Information from the left navigation menu.
  4. Make the necessary changes to the student’s information. Fields highlighted in yellow are required in order to save changes. Fields that appear grayed out cannot be modified.
  5. After completing all updates, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the Save button to apply the changes.
