Retrieve Final Grade for Completed Course

Intended Audience: Mentors, Affiliation Users 


When a final grade has been posted, assignment details disappear from the student Gradebook. Mentors and affiliation users may retrieve this information by accessing the Gradebook History page from the student profile. This process describes how to locate a snapshot of all completed courses within the Student Learning Portal (SLP).


  1. First, tap the Students tab in the top menu bar to view students you can view.
  2. Next, click the linked name in the “Student” column.
    The Active Student page is displaying a table containing a list of active students within their affiliation. An arrow points to the linked name in the Student column.
  3. At this time, the Main Page will be displayed showing sectioned information pertaining to the student you have selected.
  4. Next, scroll down the left navigation menu within the Enrollments section and then select Gradebook History.
  5. As a result, a snapshot of the student’s completed courses will appear.
    The Gradebook History page is shown with a table listing assignments, points associated, grade and completed date. Arrows point to the Gradebook History option under the Enrollments section in the left menu, to the course tabs and finally to the Generate PDF button located at the top right corner of the page.
    • Tap the tabs labeled with the course name to change the appropriate gradebook. 
    • Tap the Generate PDF button to view and/or print the gradebook.
      Note: All pop-up blockers must be turned off in order for the Generate PDF option to work.
