How Mentors and Affiliation Users Can Reset Their SLP Pasword

Mentors and affiliation users may need to reset their Student Learning Portal (SLP) password. This guide outlines the steps for mentors and affiliation users to change their password, provided that they know their current password.

Instruction

1. From the SLP left navigation menu, select the Edit Account option.
2. Scroll down to find the "Password" section on the account page.
   
3. Enter the current password in the Old Password field.
4. Enter the new password in the New Password field.
5. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
6. Select the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply the new password.
   

Password updates take effect immediately after saving. If mentors or affiliation users do not remember their current password, it can be reset using the Forgot Password link on the SLP homepage.
