Students who attempt to access the Student Learning Portal (SLP) from outside the United States may encounter an error message stating: "The requested URL was rejected."
When this error appears, access to the site cannot be restored without assistance from Michigan Virtual support technicians. This guide outlines how students can report the error and request temporary access to the SLP while staying abroad.

- After access is granted, a support ticket will be updated and an email confirmation will be sent to the student.
